For years growing up, everytime me and my family would make a trip to Walmart, we would pass by this large plot of land that had nothing but grass and several cows. Every time we passed these cows, me and my sister would peak out of the window and point at them in awe. We never got bored of seeing them. One day I remember noticing that there were fewer and fewer cows living on this land. As the number of cows declined, I saw an influx of construction vehicles. In about the span of four years this entire plot of land became home to apartment buildings, a chickfila, a panda express, a car wash, a gym, and several other buildings.
