Personal memory by Dave Tangan
2016 • Metro Manila, Philippines
This story reminds me when I went to the Philippines in 2005. I remember how polluted in Metro Manila was. The factories and having no laws about litering and loitering are killing the environment. For example, if 1 person is littering his food, then more people will follow and litter. I just hope there will be change in this environment.
