This isn't long ago to many of us, after all I am still young and everything seems close in retrospect. In this winter, the snow didn't stop once it started. It kept going for weeks, maybe a month of straight snow. We called it "Snowmageddon." It stayed for Christmas if my memory serves correct. I don't even remember the last time that happened.
